TEMP Tablespace is Full - 32GB

Dear Experts,

How can I clear the TEMP tablespace? Right now its full - 32 GB. I had created another table with auto extend 100 MB of maximum size 9 GB.

We are currently using Oracle9i - 9.2.0.7 with Windows 2003 Standard Server. Total hard disk space is 146 GB + 36 GB with 4GB RAM.
