temp folder location in version 11.1.2.3?

What is the location of the temporary files in version 11.1.2.3? I wanted to check how much space it is taking up. The drive is filled up a lot more than it should, so I wanted to know if I can clear the temp folder and make some space.

I found a folder at this location: E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\tmp

this is full of .tmp folders and files, but I am not sure if it is ok to delete those files.

My Foundations box is running EPMA, EAS, CalcMan, FDMEE and APS.
