Team Coding in SQL Developer

Hello,

As an APEX developer, I really like SQL Developer and migrated from TOAD a while back.
Nevertheless, I keep bumping against "team coding" issues. (http://www.toadworld.com/Community/QuestExpertsBlogs/tabid/67/EntryID/136/Default.aspx)

If we're working with more persons on the same project and for ex. need to update the same package, I want to be notified that somebody is changing it. Is this feature coming somewhere in the future? Just for that feature I'm afraid I need to go back to TOAD in this project.
