TDE and Oracle Wallet

We are in the process of evaluating setting up of TDE in our databases.Besides licensing cost is there any additional expense involved in setting up TDE?

Do we need to get certificates?

Any idea on this would be helpful...

What are the things that need to be taken care while setting up TDE?
