TDD (Test Driven Development) and Oracle Forms/PL SQL

Hi,
I started to read on TDD and I'm wondering if TDD can be applied to Oracle Forms and PL/SQL?
Where should I start? Any links on documentation, Technical Stack options or any other information on how to apply TDD to Oracle Froms/PL SQL yould be appreciated.
