Task list and Application not appear in Worklist

I try severous recomendations and don't work for me.

I create a simple process with Initiator task and using "weblogic" user as a participant in Role.

After all configured, the Application not appear in worklist.

I can't create a instance of process...

Using Windows 10

Oracle BPM 12.2.1.2.0

Anybody can help me?

anybody can show me a simple process that show in worklist (just Start, Human Task and END)
