tar gives warning during manual hot backup

Hello all,

I am taking hot backup of the database during which tar is giving following error,

tar: /u01/app/oracle/oradata/db5/sysaux01.dbf: file changed as we read it

Is it normal and can this backup be used for cloning and recovery purposes?
