Tamino compare with Oracle XML DB?

As I get information from this forum, it is easy to convert Tamino to Oracle XML DB.

However, could anyone tell me the big difference between Tamino and Oracle XML DB? Since Tamino costs USD$1M, I think it has its strong side. In fact, we worry about speed, because we have 270G data need to be converted from Tamino into Oralce XML DB. And we also worry about the difficulties to build a web based application which provides search, comparison and data maintenance on Chinese Architecture like following:
