Taleo Learn - Enrollments View

Hi,

I have an issue with Taleo Learn, where no user can see the enrollments. there are around 21 enrollments in the enrollments setup page (under control panel), but in the enrollments view, there are no records displayed. Basically its a DO on that specific page and I went to edit mode and clicked on the DO and started editing it. in the DO enrollment wizard, i selected all event types and i check the box where it says display all categories.

the below screenshots shows how I setup the DO but yet it does not show any of the records.
