Tail log back up

Hi Oracle Community

I want to know does Oracle have anything like a Tail log back up. If I have a situation that I took a back up at 6 30pm and my Database crashes at 6 45pm. When I restore the database using the back up from 6 30pm. What will happen to all the transactions that were committed with in 15 minutes of span i-e from (6 30pm - 6 45pm).
