TAF not supported error when upgrade efcore from 8.21.140 to 8.23.40

I'm using efcore for oracle [exdata 19c].

when I recently upgrade efcore from 8.21.140 to 8.23.40, things stop working.

I continously got error as followings:

TAF mode of FAILOVERTYPE=SELECT configured on the DB service is not supported.

When i switched back to 8.21.140, everything worked fine.

Our server is configured TAF FailOver_Type=select.

How could I make things working with new version 8.23.40?
