Taelo Rest Service in Soa 12c

Hi all,

I am using Taleo Rest webservice to create department in Taleo.I tested the api in SOAP UI by giving it username, password,and orgcode and gives a authentication token which we pass and it creates department and its working fine. We need to pass user name , password and orgCode in Jdeveloper 12c but so far I am unable to find out that how can those things be passed ??

Any help/guides would be highly appreciated.
