Tabular Form with Tabular Form Super LOV (1.3) plugin

Dears,
I have a wizard-generated tabular form with 5 particular columns among others:
1) Column 1 a Tabular Form Super LOV (1.3) plugin (ITEM_DET_ID)
2) Display as Text (based on LOV, doesn't save state) (ITEM_NAME)
3) Display as Text (based on LOV, doesn't save state) (UOM_NAME)
4) Display as Text (based on LOV, doesn't save state) (SIZE_NAME)
5) Display as Text (based on LOV, doesn't save state) (COLOR_NAME)
User adds a new row, then search data via a Tabular Form Super LOV (1.3) plugin and save the row. Now he/she can see this data in the next fields . How can i do that ?
i am try to make this example
http://dbswh.webhop.net/htmldb/f?p=BLOG:READCAT:0::::CATEGORY:7500346332308
but i don't think i found the good solution , and i don't want to make manual tabular form .

Thanks
