Tabs - not displayed in the header row

Hi all

we are currently on HFM verison 11.1.2.4.

  1. I have a user, which does not have the Tabs displayed next to each other. How can the be shown in the Header row?
  2. How can Action Icons been displayed on the Header row. Actually, I have the same user as above, which Needs to go over the menu list "Actions" to submit instead of just clicking on the submit Icon.
