tablespace resizing

Hi,
i have a locally manaed tablespace which segement space is manged by auto.

Suddenly my file has grown upto 30GB and i found thaat its due to a log table which occupires around 18 gb.

So i can able to resize the datafile.

Now i truncated that 18gb table , and i have tried to resize it , But still i cant able to resize the datfile
