Tablespace renaming and changing status

Hello!

What are the tablespaces that do NOT allow to change the status?
(changing the status from online to offline)

and

what are the tablespaces that do NOT allow to rename?
(is that only SYSTEM and SYSAUX tablespace - Is it possible to rename DEFAULT PERMANENT TABLESPACE,DEFAULT TEMPORARY TABLESPACE and DEFAULT UNDO TABLESPACE)
