Tablespace management

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.3.0
My tablespace Users is 100% Full . It contains a single datafile , users01.dbf .
AutoExtend Yes
Increment 1280KB
Filesize 32767.5 MB
Maximum File Size 32767MB .
Is it possible to alter this datafile and change to max file size unlimited ? If not , Is it better to add a datafile with maxfilesize unlimited or is it better to set a filesize limit ?
