Tablespace growth script from OEM BI Publisher using MGMT$ views

Hi,

I am working on tablespace growth script to schedule on monthly basis from OEM BI publisher using mgmt$ views and also tablespace utilization report which are reached 85% threshold.

Can any one please provide the script for growth of tablespace using mgmt$ views.

Example format:-

Target_Name Tablespace_name Allocated_Space(GB) Used_Space(GB) Free_Space(GB) Monthly growth in GB
