Tablespace fills up

Oracle Installed:

On RAC

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production, 2 Nodes

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

"CORE 11.2.0.3.0 Production"

TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

Linux: Red Hat 64 bit

Question: How can I find out what is causing Tablespace to fill up on my RAC Databases? I have to increase tablespace size every few weeks.

Question2: Is there a way to get a list of tables in a tablespace? SIze of table etc
