Tables "CEQ$table_name" vs "table_name"

Hi!!
I do changes with my client application, and I shyncronized with msync. I look the database in the server, and the news objects are in the tables with name "CEQ$table_name", but not in table base "table_name". Why?
When the changes goes to table base?
If I do the changes directy in the database server and I shyncronized then, I see the news objects in my database client...?
How I pass the values in "CEQ$table_name" to the table base???
