Tableless JSP no displaying correctly.

I have a Tableless JSP that works fine in JDeveloper 10.1.2, but in 10.1.3 J2EE Edition, the Visual JSP designer doesn't show the page right.

Are there any issues regardingthis on 10.1.3?
