Table with primary key with multiple columns (more than 2)

Hi, I tried to created some insert/update/delete form+report and a Master Detail form in an application,it works fine only if the table has one or two colums as primary key.
Does anyone know how to create the same functionality with a table with 3 or more columns as primary key?
