table with pagination in a PL/SQL Dynamic Content

i have a PL/SQL Dynamic Content that shows data in a table but the problem is there are too many rows so a pagination system here is much needed, so is there a way to do so without adding too much CSS and JavaScript (since Bootstrap is already integrated in Apex or so I've heard) ?
