Table that stores the AR Customer Communication Information in R12

Hi Experts,

 Can any one help me on table name that stores the AR Customer Communication Information as shown below (Click on 'Details' link on Customer and then 'Communication' tab).

 Generally, it is coming in AR Transaction screen for us as shown below

 We are using R12.2.3
