table syste.LOGMNR_RESTART_CKPT$ 45 GB large

Hi
I have cdc configuration based on archivelog on of tables connected with logminer is wary large LOGMNR_RESTART_CKPT$
is 45 GB NUM_ROWS 48 589 523 rows. Is there a way to decrease size of this table??. Can I make partition on it or shrink (rebuild it).
