table spread over different datafiles in one tablespace

my databse has two tablespaces
- tblspcs1 (data)
- df11 (hd1)
- df12 ( hd1)
- df13 ( hd2)
- df14 ( hd2)
- tblspcs2 (index)
- df21 (hd1)
- df22 ( hd1)
- df23 ( hd2)
- df24 ( hd2)
the tables on tblspcs1 are spread over datafiles and same with indexes
ex table1 has 50000 rows
and 50000 rows are spread over datafile in tblspcs1
Is this good or bad
if good how ?
if bad how?
and if bad shall i create new tablespace and move the table in new tablespace
or what is the correct approach to analyze these kind of things
