Table rebuild with constraints

Hello All,
I have to rebuild a table, which is ok normally, however this table has many constraints as seen in DBA_CONSTRAINTS.

What happens to these constraints during a table rebuild.

Also I understand that the indexes will become stale and require a rebuild too, is this assumption correct?
