Under Oracle APEX 24.2.11, I have two forms on the table AD_BENEVOLE, the first form on page 2 contains a CREATE button who submit the form with different columns from this table with an action SQL Insert and a process type Initalization and go to the second form on page 11, on the same table with others columns to populate. The page 11 has an automatic DML treatement process and the button SAVE submit the page. Unfortunately, sometimes the data populated on page 11 not is not updated in the table AD_BENEVOLE. I don't understand why.
