Table Names & Record's Count

hi all,

i need the all the table names and their records count of a schema as output in a single SQL Query.
Is it possible ... ?

o/p should be like:

TABLE_NAME CNT
------------------- ------
AMS_ACCOUNT 100
AMS_USER_DETAILS 200
