Table Name Length Constraint

617412Aug 29 2008 — edited Aug 29 2008
Hi all,

Today we have a process that failed due to a table name length constraint. The table name had a length of 31 characters and we are on Oracle 9. I did some research and realized table name length can't be more than 30 characters. My question is the following:

Is this still the case in more recent oracle releases (10 and/or 11)?

Thanks for your help!
