Table Lock and Bulk Update or Delete.

Hello all.
This may sound stupid but i have question.
When we do row by row process, row level locking takes place.
I have gone through the doc , not able to find this.
I am delteing data in FORALL bulk Loop for 25000 rows at a time and then commit.. What will be the table lock senerio. Will it lock whole table or it will lock 25000 rows until commit or rollback.
can any one please explain me?
