table lock after ORA-01653

Hi all,

I got table lock after ORA-01653 error at test oracle instance while performing insert into table.

I ran it again with smaller insert, but it didn't do anything for a long time, so I killed my session under system.

Now the procedure shows in logs (logs are using isolated transaction) that it only started and doesn't do further steps.

I checked locked objects and I can still see one table is locked.

Please tell me what details you need to see in order to help me solve it.
