hi friends

we have two schemas

schema name-osodlogs
table name-os_ondemand_logs

schemaname-ondemandlogs
table name-os_ondemand_ logs

before we have only one schema osodlogs wuth os_ondemand_logs table ,but now we have two schemas with same tables

two scheamas two same tables containg 1 croe 20 lakh records and 1 croe records(its 4 months data)


as per our maintainace we can purge one month dat .we will retain three months data

so my question

i did not do any purging now,i am in a confusion wheather to purge from one table or both tables(please explain)

secondly to communicate with right person he was in annual leave

so my question here if i maintain records in that table like that does it effect any performance and impact on database please let me know(please explain)

pls answer my two questions
