Table BAckup

Hi,

I have a table with 100 thousand rows with Foreign Keys and Primary Keys referencing to other tables, I need to take the backup of this table, i am not sure if i take the backup of only this table, would it to be useful if i want to restore etc, I have to update few rows in the table as part of the change.
