Page layout consists of a static region on the left, and two tabs on the right. On occasion Tab 2 will be hidden by a server-side condition. To ensure a consistent appearance and the display of the Tab 1 link as a heading in that scenario, the tabs are implemented using a Tab Container rather than a Region Display Selector.
It is also necessary to display a button towards the top right. For various reasons the default button position in the Tab Container region cannot be used, and the button must be visible whichever tab is active.
Is it possible to locate a single button in the required position without the use of custom JS/CSS?
