T4CConnection

what's a oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CConnection and where's the API for it?

When I use apache's connection pool and try to pull off the connection wrappers, there's a Oracle T4CConnection underneath... I expected a regular oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleConnection.
