systimestamp and current_timestamp

Hi All

What is the difference between systimstamp and current_timetsamp?

When i executed ,

select systimestamp,current_timestamp from dual;

got result as


SYSTIMESTAMP CURRENT_TIMESTAMP
*04-JAN-10 07.57.31.048428000 AM -05:00 04-JAN-10 06.27.31.048504000 PM +05:30*

Please Clarify,
