System Privilege for snapshot mgmt into kvstore

Hi all,

I am trying to identify if there is a specific system privilege only for snapshot management (only create/delete snapshots). It looks like this system privileges are into SYSOPER or SYSDBA roles and not isolated.

I want to give some user only the create/delete snapshot privilege through a role, but I am not sure if this is possible. Version 4.3 and 18.1.27.
