system hang on shutdown when issuing "init 6" or "shutdown -i6 -g0 -y"

If I issue a reboot command, the server reboots normally.
However, if I issue a "init 6" or "shutdown -i6 -g0 -y", the server hung.
This hints me that some stop script(s) not working.
When looking at svcs or /etc/init.d I couldn't find any changes made recently.
The Nov/12 recommended patch cluster was applied to server recently.
However, the server was successfully rebooted via "init 6" three times after the patch cluster was applied.

How can I determine what is causing a Solaris 10 server hung on shutdown?

The output on console is

svc.startd: The system is coming down. Please wait.
svc.startd: 72 system services are now being stopped.
