Oracle Database Discussions

Hi,

I'm using windows xp - I'm getting the following two errors when I try to add a System DSN for my "Oracle in OraHome81" driver:

1) The setup routines for the oracle in orahome81 odbc driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126

2) Could not load the setup or translator library

My odbc connection was working fine and then...
- I installed "Oracle Provider for OLE DB 9.2.0.7.0"
- then in installed "Oracle Objects for OLE 9.2.0.7.0"
- then my ODBC connection stopped working, also giving the above errors

In an effort to fix, i've un/re/installed several things, and so cannot give an accounting of what's occurred.

So.. is it possible to just completely remove Oracle and start from scratch?
