Hi all!

I've been having a problem with Oracle 10g XE. I've bought a new notebook recently and it comes with Vista Home Premium.

I installed last Tuesday OracleXE and it went fine. I was able to log-in and create a new user, however when I tried to connect again yesterday, I wasn't able. Window's Services OracleServiceXE and TNS Listener started with Windows but I can't open the connection via HTTP nor using Jdeveloper, and also can't stop or re-start the application using Oracle Commander, it always Return System Error 5. instead of "Service is running" what's it used.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application twice and it still doesn't work. Could APEX 3.0.1 help me?
