System boots in emergency mode after update from UEK 7.2 to UEK 7.3

Hello,

I updated the kernel from version 3.8.13-118.14.1.el7uek.x86_64 (Oracle Linux 7.2) to 4.1.12-61.1.18.el7uek.x86_64 (Oracle Linux 7.3). If I try to boot the new kernel the system starts in emergency mode.

When i switch back to the 3.8 kernel the system boots and works just normally.

Does anyone have the same problem or does anybody know the solution to this problem?
