Sysman Password Change
I was wondering if someone might be able to point in the right direction because frankly at this point I'm rather stumped. We recently installed a new OEM 12C system and for some reason the sysman password which was set at the installation doesn't seem to be working. So I then decided to change the sysman password as follows. First, I used emctl to stop oms - then I ran enctl config oms -change_repos_pwd as shown below - it appears that the command ran without any issues - I then ran emctl stop oms -all followed by emctl start oms - so far so good. However, if I attempt to use a emcli login to the sysman using the password I just set I Login failed - I have tired a number of passwords with the same result and the emcli is running on the Linux server where the OEM 12C is running. While I didn't see a entry for OEM 12C - I think these are the correct steps based on Note 1274664.1 How to change SYSMAN password for 11g Grid Control if the old password is lost
