sysman package error

Hi
I am using oracle 10.2.0.4.0 on windows 64 bit 2003 server. I just encountered the following in my trace file

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 203
ORA-04063: package body "SYSMAN.MGMT_EMREP_METRICS" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "SYSMAN.MGMT_EMREP_METRICS"
ORA-06512: at line 1

I have this old alerts on my db console dated back to last year. They have long been resolved but these errors just dont go.

Appreciate if someone can help me...
