sysdate remote is one hour plus vs local in the database

Hi all,

SO: Linux Red Hat 6.3

RDBMS: Oracle Database 11.2.0.3

-- sqlplus remote sysdate -

SQL> select sysdate from dual;

SYSDATE

-------------------

13/02/2015 03:59:28

-- server date --

[oracle@xxx]$ date

Thu Feb 12 16:00:12 CST 2015

--sqlplus local sysdate -

SQL> select sysdate from dual;

SYSDATE

---------

12-FEB-15

How fix to display the correct date remotely ?
