Hi I have a table emp and the data as below.

----> "Analysed_date" column is populated with sysdate
--> now i am inserting this table data into another table. But the "Analysed_date" column value gives only date when emp data is inserted into another table. how to get the exact column value into the target table.
---> I have tried to_timestamp(ANALYSED_DATE,'DD-Mon-RR HH24:MI:SS.FF')' . But it is not working. HH:MI:SS.FF values are not displayed
