sys_refcursor and execute immidiate

hi friends.
i mostly use sys_refcursor for select statement in procedure. bu
this day i have to use execute immidiate for select statement.
procedure compiled succesfuly and i use this procedure in my .net(C#) aplication but i cann't take data.
is it posssible to take data with execute immidiate?
