Syntax error for "fetch first <bind var> rows only" in cursor

Hi,

I created this valid cursor in 12c.

But SQL Developer 17.4 gives a syntax error if you use a variable to fetch the first n rows.

Versions:

SQL Developer: 17.4.0.355

OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit
