We have a requirement to add new attributes in existing changes only HCM extract running in production for the past one year. We need to understand once the extract is updated, it will update the extract structure and can fetch all the records from HCM rather than fetching delta changes. So in order to avoid such discrepancy, what should be done in production during migration? Do we need to run the existing extract in baseline mode, execute it in full and discard file or is there any way to avoid picking all records? Please suggest steps of best practice that can be opted in such scenarios.
