Hello,
We created campaign in Eloqua for Internal employees to send few communications, but there were a few issues when we sent out a communication from Eloqua. We would like to understand better how the contacts are updated Eloqua and how the mail process is done. One possibility would be syncing the employees from the Oracle directory which running on our Oracle IaaS and that is being synchronized from our domain active directory with Eloqua contacts database?
Any suggestions?
